I have not yet received a credit note/exchange delivery for my returned goods. How can I proceed?

First check the status of your return parcel using the parcel number on the shipping provider's website.

Has your package already been delivered to us?
Please send us the receipt including details of the returned items and any exchange request via our contact form.

Please note: You will find the parcel number on the receipt you received when you handed in your parcel.
