If you are ordering an item for the first time and you are not sure about sizing or style, or if you are considering a personalised order, you can place a sample order for the plain items you are interested in to try them for fit and style. This sample order is paid for when you place it, as usual. After trying the samples on you have 30 days to return plain items for a full refund or an exchange via your local post office using our free returns label. Please ensure that all tags and labels are still attached and the items are in their original condition (unworn, clean, not washed etc).
