You will receive your customer number automatically when you set up your customer account. You can then find it in the online shop, in your order documents and on your receipt.
Assignment of customer number:
You will receive your customer number automatically when
- you register here in the online shop,
- you receive a loyalty card in the workwearstore, or
- we create a customer account for you (e.g. via customer service)."
Here’s where to find your customer number:
- Online shop:
- Once you have logged in, you will find your customer number under: [My Account] → [Billing Details]
- Order documents:
Your customer number is visible on the following documents. You will find it below the document title in the left-hand section:- Order confirmation
- Invoice
- Order overview
- Delivery note
It is located below the document title in the left-hand section.
- Receipt:
On your receipt, the customer number is shown in the middle section, below the total amount and the total number of items sold."
Guest order without a customer number:
You can also place an order as a guest without registering. No customer number is required for a guest order.

- Register directly in the online shop or
- contact our customer service.
Please have your name, address and telephone number to hand. Once you have registered, your customer account will be created, and you will automatically receive a customer number.
If you still cannot find your customer number, we will be happy to assist you personally. Please have your contact details (name, address and, if applicable, email address) to hand and contact our customer service. We will check your details and be happy to provide you with your customer number.
