You can redeem your gift cards and promotional codes in the STRAUSS Online Shop, when ordering by telephone or in writing, and in the pop-up stores by entering the relevant code or presenting the gift card.
- Redeeming in the STRAUSS Online Shop: Add all the items you wish to purchase to your basket as usual. Go to your basket. At the bottom of the page, you will see the option [Redeem voucher code]; enter your voucher or gift card code in the field provided and confirm your entry. The voucher amount will automatically be deducted from the total and displayed in your basket.
- Redeeming at the pop-up stores: Present your gift card or voucher at the checkout or quote the code printed on it. The voucher amount will be deducted directly from your total.
- Redeeming when ordering by phone or in writing: First, specify the items you wish to order (e.g. item number, size, colour). Please let us know that you wish to redeem a voucher or gift card. Please provide the full voucher code. The voucher amount will be deducted directly from the invoice total.
Validity by country:
- Vouchers or gift cards are only valid for purchases in the country in which they were issued. They cannot be redeemed in other countries.
